His extensive experience in technology, systems thinking, and entrepreneurship drives Katapult’s mission to deliver exceptional solutions for clients worldwide.

Beyond his leadership at Katapult, he brings a unique perspective from his years of experience as a technologist and systems thinker, combined with his personal dedication to meaningful community and civic impact.

Andrés Blumer - President & Co-founder
Andrés is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor focused on bridging the gap between the US startup ecosystem and Latin America. For the past decade, he has been building and scaling high-growth startups in Latin America, cumulatively raising $50M+ in venture capital, creating over 4000 jobs, and generating $250M+ in enterprise value.
In 2015, Andres and Bruno co-founded Mi Aguila, a transportation technology company that services 200+ corporate customers across Colombia. Andres is an active board member and investor, overseeing an investment portfolio of 20+ investments across the US and LatAm that includes companies like Mensajeros Urbanos, Ayenda, SuperFuds, R5, and Click Clack Hotel.
He is an Endeavor entrepreneur and venture partner at K50 Ventures and Marathon Lab. He holds a degree in Global Business & International Relations from the University of Southern California.
